This website

The public website has no accounts and no contact forms. It does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Like any website, the hosting provider may keep technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

When you tap a WhatsApp, Instagram or ForActive link you leave this website. Those services have their own privacy policies and collect information you give them, such as your phone number and messages.

Client portal: what is collected

For clients, the portal stores your name and email address, training and nutrition plans, workout results, nutrition logs, check-ins, body weight, height and measurements, progress photos, files you upload, and notes exchanged with your coach. Some of this is information about your health and body. You choose what to share.

How it is used

Information is used to deliver your coaching: to build and adjust plans, review progress, answer questions, send sign-in emails and manage your account. It is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Who can see it

Your information is visible to you and to your assigned coach. The portal is hosted with cloud providers that store data and send sign-in emails on my behalf. They process it only to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed if the law requires it.

Progress photos and testimonials

Progress photos you upload to the portal are kept in private storage and are not published. I will ask for your permission before using any photo, measurement or message in marketing.

Retention and deletion

I keep portal information while you are an active client and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask me to correct or delete your information at any time by messaging me on WhatsApp, and I will respond promptly.

Security

Access to the portal requires sign-in, and private files are available only through short-lived links to you and your coach. No online system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep your login private.

Children

Services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children without a parent or guardian involved.

Changes

I may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
