Cancellation Policy
Clear notice lets me offer your time to another client. These are the terms for appointments, coaching periods and plans.
In-person sessions
Personal training, massage and recovery sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Message me on WhatsApp as early as you can.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may be charged in full. If you are ill, tell me as soon as possible and we will find a solution.
Online and hybrid coaching
Coaching is billed monthly as shown at checkout. If your plan renews automatically, you can stop renewal before the next period begins by telling me and, where relevant, cancelling the plan in ForActive.
Personal sessions that are part of hybrid coaching follow the in-person session notice above.
Plans and consultations
Digital programs are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once purchased; a preview is available before you buy. For personalized plans and consultations, if something is wrong, message me and I will work with you to put it right.
Weather, illness and emergencies
If I need to reschedule because of illness, weather or an emergency, I will tell you as soon as possible and offer a new time at no cost to you.
